Synopsis: The Condominiums at the Kelley School was a coveted project that our brokerage pursued, competing against two other firms. This unique development involved the transformation of an old elementary school, which the town had sold to Boston-based developers. The project was a massive undertaking, requiring significant renovations to revitalize the aging structure. The developers' ambitious plans included the addition of a basement parking lot, raising the roof to accommodate two luxurious penthouse condos, and extensive repointing of the brick exterior.

Given the Kelley School's significance to the community, we wanted to preserve its name and aesthetic for our marketing efforts. The school's iconic brick exterior and ample windows made for a striking visual, which we highlighted in our promotional materials. Additionally, the property's proximity to downtown made it an ideal location to promote the local lifestyle while showcasing the progress of the build.

Thanks to our efforts, we were able to presell all but two of the units before the development's completion (with the other two selling shortly after), a significant achievement for our team.
