Synopsis: The Cottages at Port Place and The Cottages at Drakes Landing were two of the most significant projects being developed by the same builder, who had successfully implemented similar plans and structures in other New England locations. Our expertise in marketing the two largest projects in town made us the perfect choice to pitch for the sales and marketing of these developments, and we were thrilled to be selected.

The Cottages at Port Place, situated on an old golf course on the West end of Newburyport, initially faced some opposition from the local community. With 38 new homes being built on what was once a popular recreational area and green space, it was essential to be transparent in our marketing efforts and convey the project's goal of preserving as much open space as possible.

Our marketing strategy focused on highlighting the unique features of the properties and positioning them as a new kind of community, promoting easy living, large front porches overlooking the community green space, and a shared fire pit and communal area. We appealed to those seeking modern homes with a strong sense of community, emphasizing the benefits of being a part of this new neighborhood.

Our efforts paid off, and we successfully sold all 38 homes within three years of the project's inception. Our sales were so successful that every home was sold well before the last one was completed. We are proud to have contributed to the success of this community.
